Telephone (Telebanking) or Internet banking can be processed through Royal Bank, TD Bank, Scotia, CIBC, Bank of Montreal, National Bank and most Credit Unions.
To pay through your bank’s Telebanking or Internet banking service, you will need your 5 digit customer id number found on your customer statements.
the spelling or syntax of our company name. Please make careful note of our spelling SARJEANT (SARJ rather than SERG or SARG)
some banks may search by our full company name, try including "The" at the beginning of the search by entering "The Sarjeant Company"
Scotiabank: Scotiabank requires that you add "00" (2 zeros) to the beginning of your 5 digit Sarjeant Customer/Account Number, for a total of 7 digits. For example, if your account number is 24680, please enter 0024680 in the customer/account # field.
