Since joining Sarjeants Samantha has focused her efforts in Operations. She is trained in Health and Safety and Human Resources and Concrete. In 2021 moved into the role of Ready Mix Supervisor. Sam was recently nominated for a Women in Business Award by the Barrie Chamber of Commerce.
Danielle Rowe
Fuel Dispatcher – Fuel
Danielle came to Sarjeants in 2022 from the construction industry. She is now a Fuel Dispatcher providing excellent customer service to our fuel customers.
Melissa Hansen
Payroll & Accounting Specialist – Finance
Melissa started as a Co-op student, then was hired on full time after graduating from the Business Admin – Accounting program at Georgian College.
Kay Costello
Accounts Payable – Finance
Born in England. Kay’s family immigrated to Canada in 1973. Kay started at Sarjeants covering for a Maternity Leave doing the Ready Mix Billing. Kay just celebrated 35 years with Sarjeants
Kerry Marsh
Billing & AP Assistant – Finance
Kerry has an advanced diploma in Business Administration and a diploma in photography from Georgian College. She started as a co-op student and was hired on full-time after graduation. She currently assists our billing and payables departments
Alanna Van Lierop
Lead Quality Control Technician – Operations
Alanna is a graduate of Georgian College’s civil engineering technologist program and will be writing he O.A.C.E.T. technologist certification shortly. Alanna is lead in the Quality Control department providing guidance and support to her team.
Sara De Santis
Service & Fuel Dispatch Supervisor – HVAC, Fuel
Sara has been with Sarjeants for 9 years. She started in our credit department before joining the service team in 2017. She recently took on the role of managing the HVAC technicians and supervising service and fuel dispatchers.
Roseanne Kool
Credit Manager – Finance
Roseanne joined Sarjeants in 2016. She was promoted to Credit Manager in the spring of 2020. She leads a team focused on balancing first-class customer relations and ensuring the timely collection of accounts receivable.
June Warner
Billing & Inventory Coordinator – Finance
June started with Sarjeants in 1999 and is coming up on 24 years with Sarjeants. A self-proclaimed perfectionist, June strives for 100% Accuracy and timely invoicing. June is married with 5 children including 10 grandchildren. Needless to say, life is busy!
Alyssa Canini
Fleet Administrator – Administration
Alyssa joined Sarjeants in 2022 as Fleet Administrator. Coming from many years in the automotive industry she has whooped our fleet admin into shape, assisting the Fleet Supervisor with anything that has wheels on it.
Kim Dickson
Corporate Administration & Human Resources – Administration
Kim began her career in 2007 and has been with Sarjeants for 15 years, Her main duties include supporting the management team, handling corporate administration, and Human Resources.
Alysha Bodnarchuk
Fuel & Service Dispatcher- Fuel & HVAC
Alysha joined Sarjeants in 2022, she has years of customer service experience, building and maintaining customer relationships. As dispatcher, she utilizes these skills to provide exceptional customer service on both the fuel and service ends of our business.
Debbie Desjardins
Office Administrator – Administration (Custom Concrete Northern)
Debbie joined us with much experience in administration, accounting, and customer service. She spends her day working to keep Custom on track, and when the weekend comes she can be found enjoying the great outdoors.
Melissa Giguere
Office Coordinator – Administration (Custom Concrete Northern)
Melissa joined Custom in June 2021 as a Junior Administrator. She now operates the scale house, and assists in administrative duties, and billing. Her goal is to be more involved in inside sales and the resale side of the business.
