Official Rules for the Sarjeants Timmins Adventure Giveaway “ Sleeping with the Wolves”

Eligibility:
The Sarjeants Timmins Giveaway is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada, who are at least 18 years old. Employees of Sarjeants, their immediate families, and individuals living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
To enter, visit the Sarjeants Timmins Cardlock station located at: 2416 Highway 655, Timmins, ON P4N 8R9, scan the promotion barcode, and complete the online entry form with their full name, email, phone number, and method of discovering the promotion. Limit one (1) entry per customer for the entire promotional period.

Promotion Period:
The promotion begins at 12:00 AM EST on July 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on July 31, 2025.

Winner Selection:
One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email or phone by August 8, 2025. If the winner cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prize:
One (1) voucher for a prize package, that includes:
• A one-night stay for two at Cedar Meadows Resort & Spa in the Sleeping with the Wolves experience.
• A $200 dining voucher for the on-site restaurant.
• Two access passes to the Nordic Baths.
The total prize value is approximately $910.00 CAD.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Additional Terms:
By entering, participants agree to allow Sarjeants to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to this giveaway. Sarjeants reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time.

Privacy:
Personal information collected during this promotion will only be used for the purposes of contacting the winner and future Sarjeants marketing communications such as winner announcement social post. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
