Through its 34,000 community-based clubs and 1.2 million members worldwide, Rotary International volunteers in communities at home and abroad to support education and job training, provide clean water, combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, eradicate polio and much more. Rotary provides community minded business and professional men and women with an enjoyable and organized way to make a contribution to our city and to those in need around the world.

Sarjeants is heavily involved with Rotary, with Scott Elliott, President and CEO of Sarjeants, himself a member of the Rotary Club of Barrie, investing much of his time in events such as Barrie’s Kempenfest, the Festival of Trees and other community fundraisers that the club organizes. “If you’ve sat in a chair, I’ve set it up”, Scott says.

As a business, Sarjeants has helped support Rotary’s initiatives, including sponsoring events such as the Annual Rotary Club of Barrie Fun Run (including entering a Sarjeants team), Kempenfelt Rotary’s Taste of the World, and various other sponsorships and donations.

Rotary continues to help support and improve communities around the world, including our own, and Sarjeants is proud to be so closely involved with its efforts.
